One of our favorite things to do on the weekend is go to one of the local farmers markets. Here in LA, most neighborhoods have their own weekly market so you can usually find one on any day of the week.
The best part of the markets is definitely the food. This plate might not look like much, but this is the most amazing French toast! It’s made-to-order with cranberries and golden raisins. I get it almost every time we come here but Marcus surprised me this week when he ordered it instead of his usual breakfast burrito. I got crepes instead!

Oh, California produce! Every time I visit my best friend out in LA, I am always like “MUST EAT ALL THE FRUITS AND VEGGIES!” In DC, the pickins are much slimmer
